1. What's Covered?

The Bio Flame provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all operation-related functions of our fireplaces. Items deemed unfixable will be replaced with the same or a similar model.

Conditions for Coverage:

  • Warranty is applicable upon presentation of a dated receipt.

  • The warranty is strictly limited to factory service repair of defective pieces.

2. What's Not Covered?

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage during shipping or caused by improper handling or installation.

  • Chips, scratches, and glass breaks.

  • Installation costs.

  • Incidental or consequential defects on goods or individuals.

Conditions Voiding Warranty:
