Order Tracking & Shipping
How to Track Your Order
After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. For large freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Delivery Timeframes
Most products are delivered within 7-10 business days, though larger or bulk orders may take longer. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather or other circumstances may occur.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We offer a 14-day return window for buyer’s remorse returns. Please note that round-trip shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, free from scratches or defects, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Damaged Items
