- The product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment from both Home Luxury USA and the competitor.
- Excluded Products: Custom products, clearance items, sale items, exclusive offer products, and items discounted with coupon codes or other promotional offers do not qualify for price matching.
- No Discounts: The price being matched must be the full retail price and not reflect any discounts, promotional codes, or other offers.
2. Competitor Criteria
We will only match prices from authorized retailers. The competitor must be:
- An authorized dealer of the product, selling in compliance with the supplier’s policies, including MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) guidelines.
- A retailer with an online or brick-and-mortar store based in the U.S. or Canada.
- We do not match prices from third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or unauthorized sellers. This includes but is not limited to platforms like eBay, Amazon (third-party sellers), Craigslist, or Facebook Marketplace.
3. Price Match Conditions
To request a price match, the following conditions must be met:
- Identical Product: The product must have the same model number, SKU, and specifications (including color, finish, and size) as the product listed on Home Luxury USA.
- In Stock: The product must be in stock and ready for immediate shipment from both Home Luxury USA and the competitor.
- Base Price Only: We will only match the base price of the product. Prices that have been reduced through promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers (e.g., bundled offers, limited-time sales, clearance pricing) do not qualify for a price match.
Enhancement:
Clarification on Special Exclusions: We will not match prices based on:
- Bundle pricing or buy-one-get-one deals.
- Time-limited promotions, including flash sales and doorbusters.
- Discounted pricing for members or loyalty programs.
4. How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, you must provide a link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price. Screenshots or other forms of proof will not be accepted.
Once we have verified that the competitor’s product meets all the criteria outlined in this policy, we will match their price at the time of your purchase.

5. Post-Purchase Price Match
If the price of an identical product you purchased from Home Luxury USA drops within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference to your original payment method, subject to the following conditions:
- This refund applies only to the base price of the product and excludes promotions, sales, clearance pricing, and exclusive offers.
- The price drop must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined in the Competitor Criteria section.
Refund Process for Post-Purchase Price Match:

6. Exclusions and Limitations
Our price match guarantee does not apply to:
- Products sold by third-party sellers, auction sites, or unauthorized dealers.
- Products sold as part of a special promotion, sale, clearance, or exclusive offer.
- Products sold with a coupon, membership pricing, or any other form of promotional discount.
- Non-identical products, including variations in model number, SKU, or product specifications.
Legal Coverage Enhancement:
We reserve the right to decline any price match request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. In cases where the competitor’s product is not an exact match or does not adhere to the supplier’s MAP policies, we will not honor the price match request. We are also not responsible for changes in the competitor’s pricing that occur after a price match has been approved.

To ensure compliance with supplier agreements and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, we will only match prices from competitors that follow these guidelines. Products sold below MAP or in violation of a supplier’s terms will not be eligible for price matching.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all prices comply with MAP policies. As such, we will only honor price match requests for competitors who are also in compliance with these regulations. If a competitor is found to be violating MAP policies, we will not process the price match.
